Our history

Hof  ter Haegen was built during the 18th century and started life as a square farmstead at Vollezele. During the 20th century, Hof Ter Haegen was well known for buying, selling and breeding Belgium's famous draught horses. Vollezele's town musueum is packed full of useful and in-depth information for those really keen on discovering more about our origins. Hof Ter Haegen has been active as a local farm up until the 1980's, before being turned into the beautiful Bed & Breakfast it is today.
